Psalm 19:14 (ESV)
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
The thoughts that God would have me speak and think will always be good and good for me.
When I need someone who can help, Jesus is the Lord who is always listening.

Luther's Comments on Psalm 19 - "It speaks of how the Gospel would spread to the entire world, as far as the heavens extend. Just as the sun shines and gives warmth everywhere, so also will the new law of the Gospel enlighten and teach all kinds of people, comforting and purifying them. This psalm belongs in the Third Commandment, for it proclaims the true Sabbath in which God's Word is taught and believed."

If your words and thoughts are acceptable to The Lord then he is in them in some way.
