School Registration Preschool - 8th grade
Mon., June 20 8AM-4PM; Tues., June 21 Noon-7PM Wed., June 22 8AM-4PM; Thurs. June 23 Noon-7PM Call the school office for an appointment if you will need to schedule a different appointment. What you will need to bring for Registration Preschool Families: Birth Certificate, Immunization, Health Appraisal, Insurance Card, Driver’s license – iChat New families/Kindergarten: Birth Certificate, Immunization, Health Appraisal, Insurance Card, Driver’s license – iChat, 2 proof of residency (ex. Car registration, Driver’s license or monthly invoice in envelope w/ current address) Returning Families: Driver’s license – iChat, Insurance Card School summer office hours for the month of July will be Tuesday through Thursday 8AM-4PM. The Council made the decision to close the Building Fund on December 31, 2021 and any Building Fund contributions after December 31, 2021 would go to the General Fund to build up our staff. The Voters also approved the establishment of a new fund—Facility and Property Improvements Fund. This new fund will be used for major maintenance/improvements of the building and grounds of the church and school.
We understand this can be confusing when you are supporting the mission of our church and school. However, please remember that any fund you give to supports our mission. The following are instructions to help with this change: Online giving --whether it be the mobile app, online, or through the St. Paul website, any funds you have designated for the Building Fund will go into the General Fund. If you still have the Building Fund designation set up for online giving, we ask that you change it to the General Fund or another fund. We are unable to remove that designation until everyone changes their Building Fund designation. If you prefer to give to another fund, please choose that designation. Envelope giving—The General Fund and Missions can still be used. Any amounts you put on the Building Fund line will go to the General Fund. If you prefer to give to another fund, please cross out the Building Fund description and write the fund you wish to support. National Day of Prayer - Join the Events on Thursday, May 5th
St. Paul BBQ Chicken Dinner Take-out May 6th & 7th from 11AM until sold out. Look for us in the Millington Firehall parking lot. Cost is $12.00 and includes a half chicken, potato salad, roll, butter, bottle of water.
6th-8th Grade Lock-In Friday, May 6th from 6PM-6AM. Invite your friends and join us for a fun time! Dinner and snacks will be served. Admission is $10 and your permission slip – enter at the Activity Center door. Bring your gym shoes, sleeping items, such as blankets, pillows, and pjs, and your permission slip from the school office. See you there!
Dorcas LWML Health Kits Committee needs your help please! The Health Kits are given to the Women’s Shelter in Caro at least three times a year; this is our second request for the 2022 year. The shelter gives each woman who enters one of these Health Kits because they often must leave their home with nothing. The Women’s Shelter is expanding and adding 26 more beds! The Health Kits for the Caro Women’s Shelter are in need of any of the following: 5-7 oz. toothpaste, women’s deodorant, combs, Ibuprofen, Midol, Tylenol, and sanitary pads.
The Women’s Shelter also wanted us to share with you: “The bags that we have received from you in the past are perfect for the needs of our clients in the shelter (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, brush, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor). The following is a list of items that we would like to give the clients when they get a place of their own. The Fresh Start Baskets include a basic pan set (a 7 piece pan set from Walmart is $14.99), 4 piece set of forks, spoons, and butter knives, utensil tray with the larger cooking spoons, can opener, veggie peeler, spatula, whisk, etc. 1 large and 1 small sharp knife, kitchen towels, dish clothes, dish soap, scrubbers, rainbow set of storage containers, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, toilet bowl brush, toilet bowl cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, hand sanitizer, sanitizing spray like Lysol, laundry soap, laundry basket, hangers, toilet tissue, paper towel, Kleenex, and an inspirational plaque. Things I would like to add are pot holders, cookie sheet, cake pan, and storage baggies. Maybe some of the ladies would like to make matching pot holders. I thought it would be a nice personal and comforting touch to those that have endured so much.” Please place your Health Kit and/or Fresh Start Basket donations in the wooden cabinets in the white box marked "Health Kits" by Monday, May 9, 2022. “Do everything in love.”-1 Cor. 16:14. Thank you in advance for serving our Lord. Frankenmuth Credit Union has specially designed personal size checks that feature our school’s logo on them. For each box of checks FCU members purchase $2.00 will be donated to St. Paul. This is a fun way to show support of our school and a great way to earn a little extra money too.
